Yupo Europe will be showcasing its versatile papers at Xeikon Café Packaging Innovations 2017, set for March 28-31. Yupo’s products combine the best digital print quality with the high durability and strength of plastic films.

Yupo’s tree-free synthetic paper substrates are 100% recyclable, waterproof and chemical resistant, with attributes and properties that offer a premium solution for a variety of digital label and packaging applications. During the upcoming Xeikon Café, Yupo Europe will present three of its diverse product substrates specifically for in-mold labeling, promotional advertising and food label applications that are tested and qualified for the Xeikon 3000 Series of digital label presses.

Yupo IML grades are synthetic label substrates that become an integral part of the molded object when a bottle is blow molded or a container is injected. A fully recyclable decoration solution that has no liner or liner waste and does not use any adhesive glue, Yupo IML is available in opaque, clear and metallic.

Water and oil resistant, YUPOTako is a polypropylene white film that sticks to flat surfaces without adhesive and prevails in both indoor and outdoor environments (limited outdoor usage). Easy in handling and application, design possibilities are endless in promotional advertising, in addition to packaging, children toys, mobile phones electronic devices and more.

Free of toxins, heavy metals and no softening agents, the Yupo Food FDR product range is suitable for direct food contact and abides by European regulations ensuring product suitability and compliance. Combining the durability of plastic films with the print quality of premium papers and a sustainable and refined production process, the result is an unmatched silky smooth surface completed by high opacity and brightness.
